Pyramids
The Pyramid is a standard favorite street obstacle.
Bird Island's pyramid has a kinked ledge
3rd Lair's pyramid
Big Pyramid. Most regular skatepark pyramids are about 2 feet tall, and are 3 sided. This is a 4 to 5 foot (or even taller) pyramid that is only 2 sided, which allow bigger transfers and more speed. This type usually resides in the corner of a street course, as it makes a hip that sends you 90 degrees from the direction you approaching from. We recommend at least 16 feet of flat-wall on both sides for maximum usage.
Krush of Chicago, Illinois has a Big Pyramid
Wedge Pyramid. A variation of a regular pyramid, this is a 2 sided pyramid corner with a funbox attached to its side. Offers multiple transfer options and is pictured here with a ledge. A wedge pyramid without a funbox attached will usually be placed against a wall or along the side of a skatepark.
